Feelings: The weather was hot and sunny and it sorts of wears me out more easily. I was still fairly comfortable after the 1st round, but the tiredness came in halfway through the 2nd round.

Easy Run

Doing an easy run to improve blood circulation and to prevent the lactic acid from building up in the legs. The legs were pretty sore and felt heavy at the beginning of the run, but got better after about 10mins.

Long distance run

Duration of run: 60min approx
Did the usual loop at AMK today. The left knee hurts a little during the 45min mark of the run, nevertheless, still manage to complete the loop. Wasn't very used to the pair of running shoes I had at home (cos' they are heavier as compared to the pair I had at DD's home), as I had not run in them for 2 months.
