Stairs Climbing

Distance: 3x 14
Feeling:
Wanted to do 5 sets initially but my concern is I might not be able to move my legs tomorrow if I strain them too much. Ended up doing 3 sets, using all effort each time round. DD mentioned that I can have 5 min rest time if I give my all for each set I am doing. Turn out that the timing is pretty satisfying, though not as good as the previously 1'39, which is my PB.

Long run

Feeling:
This is the next PB after clocking 63min running the same route previously. Think the stairs climbing had helped to strengthen the thigh and my legs doesn't feel as tired as they used to be, even when I am running at a much faster pace. The occasional 2.4km run had also helped to make my breathing smoother somehow. I do not feel as breathless as I used to be when running the slight slopes.

Was supposed to run round the block to train for my 2.4km but the body feels lethargic, supposed it's the overeating in the day (it's first day of CNY) that contributed to this feeling.

2.4km trial + stairs climbing

Feeling:
Managed to shave off 6 secs from the previous timing but it's still in the bronze range. Need to achieve at least below 13'30 to get silver. Need to strengthen my legs as well as to work on my stamina for running at a faster pace, as I feel out of breath easily.
