Long run

Feeling:
This is the next PB after clocking 63min running the same route previously. Think the stairs climbing had helped to strengthen the thigh and my legs doesn't feel as tired as they used to be, even when I am running at a much faster pace. The occasional 2.4km run had also helped to make my breathing smoother somehow. I do not feel as breathless as I used to be when running the slight slopes.
